Dear fellow federal employees:
A small contribution, through the CFC, can do wonders!! For just $5 a week, you could make a tremendous impact. An annual gift of $260 could pay for …
500 meals for disaster victims
A wheel chair for someone in need
4 days of housing, food & treatment for a veteran
Many resources to save our environment and protect our wildlife
Diagnosis, treatment & medication for 1 individual
And much, much more
Just think of it; $10.00 a pay period or $20.00 a month.
With our 2010 theme – Give Today, Change Tomorrow-CFC and as co-chairs for 2010, we invite you to unite with us and your fellow federal employees in making an investment in the present and future well being of our global communities through the CFC.
We fully support CFC and are proud of this organization’s ability to help federal employees support people in need. Last year, through the CFC of the Greater Los Angeles area, 15,000 of your fellow federal employees donated $3.6 million to over 1,500 charitable causes. With your support this year, CFC supported charities will continue serving those in need.
We hope you will join us in strengthening our global society through the CFC. In addition to the traditional donor recognition program, if you increase your current contribution by at least 5% or make a first time annual pledge of $130, visit the CFC website at www.greaterlacfc.org and be recognized on the CFC Wall of Fame!!
Giving is easy through payroll deduction, or on-line at www.greaterlacfc.org. And remember, you are able to direct your gift to your preferred charity or charities.
By giving today, you will change tomorrow: Please join us and make your pledge today and become a CFC fan on facebook.
Sincerely,
Martha Flores
